Virginia M. Costa, Esquire concentrates her practice in Real Estate Law, Closings, Foreclosure defense, Short sale negotiations, Loan modifications, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Real Estate Sales and Acquisitions, Business Law and Wills. Ms. Costa’s practice provides services to her clients in Florida, in both State and Federal Courts.
Ms. Costa is a member of the Florida Bar and the Cuban-American Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is also a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator and is available to mediate real estate and civil disputes.
Ms. Costa was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is a mother of two boys. She is fluent in Spanish.
