Virginia M. Costa, Esquire is a Miami attorney with more than two decades
of experience advising clients in real estate, foreclosure defense, landlord-
tenant disputes, financial matters, and civil mediation.
Her practice is defined by practical legal guidance, strategic thinking, and a
strong understanding of the South Florida market.
She graduated with Honors from the University of Miami, earning her
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies in 1997, and
received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2001.
Ms. Costa is admitted to practice in Florida, the United States District Court
for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the
Eleventh Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District
Court for the Southern District of Florida.
She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and is
fluent in Spanish.
